Stacked salad as a pointed coup-tower, sharp and tangy, inspired by Bolsonaro's power play.

A sharp Brazilian-inspired salad, arranged as an inverted ice cream cone tower of stacked, angled vegetables, referencing the stacked power of the Bolsonaro dynasty. The pointed silhouette symbolizes a coup: tension, layers, and two flavors pulling.

Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Wash the bell peppers, cucumber, and radishes. Cut the bell peppers into long, angled strips.
  2. Slice the cucumber into long ribbons with a peeler.
  3. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into angled slices.
  4. Slice the radishes thinly.
  5. Peel the red onion and slice into thin half-rings.
  6. Slice the red chili pepper into thin rings.
  7. In a bowl, mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper for a dressing.
  8. On each plate, arrange the pepper and cucumber strips in a narrow, pointed tower, like an inverted cone.
  9. Fill the tower with avocado, radish, red onion, and capers, so the layers are visible.
  10. Crumble the feta over the tower.
  11. Drizzle the dressing and chili pepper over everything.

Serving notes

  • Serve the salad on a narrow, long plate to enhance the tower effect.
  • Scatter extra capers around the base for added tension.
